- (Phone) Having trouble logging into the databases from off campus. It was a message left yesterday. I contacted the student and she had figured out what the problem was.
- (Email) Having trouble locating a specific article. We had the article in print here at the library.
- (Chat) Having trouble accessing an article. We didn't have access tot he particular article she was trying to get. I explained how to use ILL.

- Was looking for a specific article. I showed her how to use Google Scholar to find it.
- (Chat) Needed to know how to create an in-text citation for a poem
- Looking for some headphones
- Needed to search Business Source Complete but had no idea what her assignment or topic was. I told her to email her professor.
- Needed help with the scanner
- (Phone) Wanted to know if we have Maple software in the library. We do not, but they they have it in Young and Walker.
